Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another once it ships.
Delivery Locations & Timelines
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days
- International shipping: not yet available
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be shown before you complete payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details where available. For any update on an order in transit, message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Delays
Public holidays, weather, and courier disruptions can occasionally affect delivery times. We'll always let you know if your order is delayed beyond the estimates above.
